Refund & Return Policy
Subject to these terms, MarkEz Tools offers refunds on the purchase of goods, but not on services.
Our return period lasts 14 days from the date you receive your item. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund:
The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable, unless they arrive defective. Please confirm all details before placing your order.
Return Process
If you need to return an item, please email us at [email protected] and we will provide the return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved (excluding faulty items), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
